From the period 2003- 2013 the Budget monitoring center implemented more than 90 projects in the following research fields:

• analysis and forecasting of the economy needs for skilled workers;
• analysis and forecasting of vocational education system development;
• training and state certification of highly qualified scientific personnel;
• applied budget analysis in the fields of science and education.

BOOKS & REVIEWS
Budget monitoring center staff has published 16 books and reviews, 43 edited volumes of Russian and international conferences, more than 130 articles in the scientific journals, 170 articles in proceedings and materials of Russian and international conferences. Publications’ topics are analysis and forecasting of the economy needs for skilled workers, analysis and forecasting of vocational education system development, training and state certification of highly qualified scientific personnel in the prioritized areas of science, technique and technology, applied budget analysis in the fields of science and education.
